I would like to setup 2 levels of agents permissions
1 would be a regular agent able to do all the normal items, and the second would be an admin agent.
I followed the sample config on the wiki to setup agent AD integration and it works, however my newly created agent is not an admin... and I am also now unable to login as root@localhost.
How can I setup an AD group that would make certain agents admins?

You may assign a user admin access in group assignment in the admin panel.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I guess I wasn't completely clear
I can no longer login as root@localhost... thus I am unable to get to the admin panel.
Why does the AD agent integration all of a sudden prevent root@localhost and also my custom "admin" account that I setup so I wouldn't have to login as root. Neither of those accounts work after adding the AD agent integration code into the config.pm.

You may choose a different back end increment (see the multiple backends in the docs).
