some times i cant access when i want to access by agent and i see message says (insufficient privilege )
so i go to admin area by superuser and change the password for this agent so he can go ...
i want to l know what is the reason ?

Are you talking about the login of the agent or within OTRS?
Did you check the system log?
Configured anything through SysConfig?
