Adding mail addres in freetext and sending mail at ticket ev

Hi,

I'm new to this system and have to find rather quickly a solution for the following customization:

Our customer wants to fill in in a free text field an additional mail address.
When the ticket is opened or closed, a mail should be send to the normal mail address as linked to the customer, but also to the additional address if present.

Can you indicate me where in the code I have to look to make these changes?

That would require programming. One way to do that is to use a TicketEvent.
