While configuring mail account, I received the following error:
Error Message: POP3: Can't connect to POP.gmail.com
Mail Account Management details
Type: POP3
Username: user@company.com
Password: xxxxxxxx
Host: POP.gmail.com
Trusted: Yes
Dispatching: Dispatching by selected queue
Queue: user
Valid: Valid
These are the things I entered on Mail Account Management.
When I clicked Run Now: Fetch Mail, I receive the error (Error Message: POP3: Can't connect to POP.gmail.com).
Help me to resolve this issue.

I have performed these steps earlier and I also enabled pop in my account, still the issue is not solved.

Try to go to a command prompt on your otrs box and then telnet pop.gmail.com 110
If it responds, the issue is password.
If it doesn't respond, the issue is related to network/dns/firewall.

It was the problem created by firewall. Now the issue is solved.
