Hi there,
I am having an issue that I am unable to trace.
My OTRS installation is configured to generate incremental ticket numbers (AutoIncrement). So ticket numbers would be sequential 1, 2, 3... and so on.
I am receiving complaints from my users that sometimes the sequence is skipped by several numbers.
I an have a ticket lets say 102001 and the next one would be 102007, instead of 102002.
Can anyone help me with that?

it seems that some tickets where created (and perhaps deleted), have a look in the logfile
