hi all,
Daily when i want to log on OTRS by agent account the following message appears :
Message: No Permission to use this fronted module!
so to overcome this problem i log on by ROOT account & reset password for this AGENT so he could log on OTRS
could anyone explain ?

have a look in the admin section user <-> groups and set the rights for your useraccount
