Notify all users
In OTRS 3 is there a way to notify (by email) all OTRS users that a ticket has been closed? I've got it setup to notify the customer but I need to be able to tell all of the other helpdesk users too.

All OTRS Users or all Users with RW ?
You can create an event based mail with a specific receiver list for a queue with the closed-states
