Solved: (Bug Fix) "Created" Date in "Large" view

When viewing a list of tickets in Large view (clicking the L button) in, say, the Queue View or Status View, the information on the right shows a "Created" date and time, but this actually reflects the date and time of the most recent activity on the ticket - effectively the Last Modified date - and not the date and time the ticket was actually created.

Is there a reason for this? It is confusing my users.

please set your OTRS version to the one you use. I don't think it is 2.1.9 as this has no Large view

I verified this also in 3.0.11. QA contact is an OTRS internal person.
