Need help in creating a template which will allow new employee process management when he/she joins the company
and assign the same template to multiple agents who are involved in the process doing different taks. How can I accomplish this and where
should I get started? I have OTRS 3.0.1.1with newest ITSM, Time keeping modules installed.
