Need to search by department, "department" - it created an additional field at the "client ". How to add search attributes in the form "Application-> Search.

Form "Ticket->search". I want to provide a ticket search by additional fields in "Customer" table. For Example: I created additional customer field called "Room" and "Department". as thse fields are saved on the customer and not on the ticket -> no
