In the dutch version of otrs 3.0.11 we have in the dashboard the strange text as follows: "Alle geï¿œscaleerde tickets" and it must be "Alle geëscaleerde tickets"
We are running ms server 2008 and our workstations are win 7 64 dutch.
Does anyone know what is wrong?
