Anyone know how to do either or both of these?

You can use the search function to save as csv.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Is it possible to export also a tickets text of the message?
OTRS 3.0.4, FreeBSD, using not for IT but as a service desk only to effectively process customer's requests.

Please could you tell how to export to csv or xls a ticket's text we need to export all tickets in order to read them to analyze often questions?

you can print article text in CSV output of the search (you need to change in sysconfig setting for the search first) .

Or, better use SQL
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

How? What do i need to change in sysconfig for export the whole tickets with the full text?

How would that work for you? The ticket may be 100+ articles long. Do you want attachments, too? How do you expect to fit that to a cell?
