For some reason we are receiving two notifications for each ticket that is made. What would cause this to change? It worked fine a few days ago.

You probably have a Notification (Event)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes we have one notification event. Which replies to the customer who created the ticket.....nothing that should indicate sending a notification twice to the agent.crythias wrote:You probably have a Notification (Event)

What does your system log say?
