Hello,
During your testing efforts to configure OTRS Sendmail setting we have started to receive this error.
Can't locate object method "EventHandlerTransaction" via package "Kernel::System::Ticket" at C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Ticket.pm line 8392.
There appears no way to recover from this. It has happened on three different occasions under both a Linux and MS server 2008 installation using OTRS 3.0.13.
Could you provide any suggestion on how to recover the application because a restart doesn't recover the application. It appears to be related to the FrameWork send mail setups because that was the configuration settings changed last.
