Hi all,


How do I add an image to be added to the auto response... I'd like a logo/banner to appear at the bottom of the message.

Thats not possible via attaching

you can refer to an external image
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
