I know Exchange and DavMail are 3rd party in relation to OTRS, but has anyone had any experience using DavMail to access an Exchange server that does not allow IMAP/POP connections?
My company uses a group mailbox with its own external address for customers to email in for support, and several people work from this box.
I have it working but my problem is that OTRS is retrieving from my personal inbox and not the shared mail box I'm trying to use. Any one know how to configure either DavMail or OTRS to retrieve only from a given shared mailbox? Also emails sent out show as having come from my personal mailbox instead of the shared one.
I have tried using the url as https://mail.domain.com/owa/groupid@domain.com/ in DavMail, which is the url I see when I have this group box selected in my webbrowser in OWA, and I get no errors but it still only retrieves mail from my personal inbox.
Any suggestions/ideas would be most welcomed!

Disregard this - Beta 3.1.0 allows selecting a particular IMAP folder, I'm going to add a server rule to copy all incoming to the shared mailbox into my personal box as a work-around for now.
