Hello All,
I'm new in OTRS and I'll like to send a e-mail to customer when the agent close a ticket.
My OTRS already send e-mail to customer in agent's answers, but not when the customer open a new ticket or when the agent close a ticket.
Where I can to configure this feature?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
