Hi Guys,
i have 2 POP3 Accounts configured in the EMail Management / Webinterface.
One of them, i disabled a few weeks ago but this change doesn't show effect.
I also changed the Mail-Adress and the Password for the Account, but the Emails still get picked up by OTRS.
Is there any File where can i delete this entry manually ?
I'm actually using OTRS Version 3.0.6

if it shows up as not vald it won't be fetched by this instance. Perhaps another otrs is running? Please also check the logfiles if the mails are fetched by this box
