Hi!
we are using the ITSM module.
Under "CMDB > New > Config Item" we would like to add a new Drop-Down Menu and also add new options to the other drop-down menus.
Does anybody know how this can be completed from the GUI/command line?
regards,
jreno

Hi!
See, as example, how it realiesed in Network class for network card and IP addresses. You will need to create new classes in General Catalog & use them in CI definition.
Sorry my bad English.

Re: ITSM Config Item: How to add new menus/fields
Thanks Yuri,
I have done it in the GUI.
Necessary changes were under:
- Admin - General Catalog (define a new drop-down menu)
- Admin - Config Item (add new drop-down menu to selection)
