Hey all, I have OTRS 3.0.11 installed. I currently have it set to go to the faq.pl when a user goes to the web site. Is there a way within the Sysconfig area to add a hyperlink on the public faq page so a user can click it and go to the customer login area? This way the user sees all the FAQ's first, and if none of them solve the problem they can then go to the customer page and log in to create a ticket. Thanks!
