Hi
I would like to make available, to a selected agent's group, a mechanism to run pre-configured shell script.
I'd like to use the Admin generic agent interface to build a smart menu to launch shell script on demand or in schedule mode.
Can I use the Custom Module section of Generic Agent Form? or It only accepts perl script ?
