Multiple queues for multiple companies - with applications

We are a companhy that provide support to multiple companies that uses different products. We only support their support team, so we act as a Level 2 for them.

We are considering have the top level definition of the Queues with the company names and then have sub-queues for the category tree that each company will use. This way we are foreseen something like this:

Company A
Software Supplier A
Software Product A1
Software Product B1
Software Product B1 version X
Software Supplier B
Software Product B1
Software Product B2
Software Product B2 version Y
Company B
Software Supplier C
Software Product C1
Software Product D1
Software Product D1 version Z
Software Supplier D
Software Product D1
Software Product D2
Software Product D2 version K

We are also planing to have Roles and Groups for every Company. We plan to add the users from the companies to the Roles, Add the Roles to the Groups and define the permissions to thte Group that are associated with the Queue.

Anyone see any problem with this approach?
