Hi, we have most of our ticket requests coming from external mails.
I have set 2 main notifications for customers who send their requests from external mail.
1) notification about ticket being worked on (it sends email to customer when an agent locked a ticket),
2) notification about succesfully closed ticket (it sends email to customer when ticket is succesfully closed).
My problem is when i receive an external mail, in 99% of the cases it comes with multiple email adresses in a "To" field and "Cc" field, but when i send 2 notifications (i.e. external emails) i mentioned in upper part of post it only sends it to a person that sent an email.
I would like to know if there is a way to send an external-email-notification to all adresses mentioned in email (in Cc and To part), not only to a sender.
