SMTP setup error

i have some problem when setup OTRS SMTP.
i have attached 2 images for reference.
the problem is, after setting up SMTP when we create new ticket there is one pop up window open not sending mail.

this error shows XML::Parser produced errors but i installed correctly

Please check if the mailserver is reachable via Port 25 from your OTRS Box, also check the logs of the mailserver

IMAP configuration for feting mail also not working. cannot connect to the server
