Hi,
I have to configure OTRS in French and English.
Is it possible to translate the service names ?
I've try to use the \Kernel\Language\fr.pm file to do this, but it's doesn't work.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Service name translation
As the Service names are user entered, the answer is no, but you could put the translation in the service name
de plomberie/plumbing
de plomberie/plumbing

I put in service name filed : "pl nowe haslo / new password" but in user interface users see "pl nowe haslo / new password" instead "nowe haslo"crythias wrote:As the Service names are user entered, the answer is no, but you could put the translation in the service name

Re: Service name translation
Nothing. "de plomberie" wasn't supposed to indicate German. It was the response from Google Translate when I typed in the word "plumbing".rl0infeck wrote:I put in service name filed : "pl nowe haslo / new password" but in user interface users see "pl nowe haslo / new password" instead "nowe haslo"

This is a free text field. No magic exists here to translate. All I was suggesting is that you put both translations in the line so people can read both.
