If a new ticket is created, an Error Message "DNS Problem - Please check System Log" is popped up.
I have checked my system log folder, and reentering the correct DNS, the same error pops up.
Help us to get the OTRS system (version 3.0.11) up and running.

DNS Problem
If a new ticket is created, an Error Message "DNS Problem - Please check System Log" is popped up.

Please don't open more than one thread for one topic!
Your DNS Server is not working properly. OTRS will do a MX lookup here. So fix your DNS Server (suggested), use another one or switch off the MX check in OTRS via Sysconfig (not suggested)

Thanks for the response. i have doubt how to check the logs in mail server. we have use godaddy mail server. so please help me how to check which DNS server name in godaddy server. How setup the mail server in otrs configuration.

Please don't rise new topics for the same issues here!!
Check your DNS Settings on the OTRS server (it need to be able to check MX records) or disable DNS checks via sysconfig. If this is not helping, please ask the admin of the mailserver to look in the logfiles
