Dear,
We have running OTRS on CentOS5.6 / 3.0.8
From the beginning autoclose tickets on pending state will not work. I have checked the following
- Cronjob - PendingJobs + Generic Agent, both running
- Default configuration of pending states is ok, when i search on internet they will point me to Generic Agent.
So i have setup generic agent, Ticket filter - Select - state pending auto close + and tickets pending time reached last hour.
New action - Closed successfull.
When i save it, i will see the affected tickets, but in this tickets there are also tickets with a valid pending time, so only the selection on pending auto close+ works. Is this known issue?
Second issue, when i check after a while if the task is running automaticly, the tickets are open, the log will not say task runned.
I have restart my cron, after configuration, also check crontab for otrs user and everythink seems ok.
Have anyone the same issue? Or tips?
Regards,
Sander

Re: Autoclose tickets pending state
Check what the next state on pending autoclose is and if you've changed the label for "Closed Successful" appropriately change that in sysconfig.

Re: Autoclose tickets pending state
If i check in Core::Ticket by Ticket::PendingAutoStateType and Ticket::StateAfterPending this looks as how we setup these fields, so no spaces or other characters extra.
I think that my cron is not working ok, also because my tickets will not unlock by them selves as set in the queue settings.
I have checked as otrs users my crontab, but the scripts are running.

Sander
