I have a question, I have set up notification of new tickets with the option "Event Notification", when you create a new ticket if there comes a mail to the owner, but when I go up to the ticket agent to another does not send a notice, I have created another notification with the option of event: ticket owner update, but when you create a new ticket by phone, two notifications are sent to the agent owner, the new ticket and the ticket escalated.
I know how to set up so that only notified when changes ownership the new owner gets only the mail stating that the ticket has been escalated

you don't need to setup these kind of notifications as they are built in already
