Database in OTRS

I installed OTRS 3.0 in my windows server 2003. I want to increase the size of the Database.I don't know how to view the database of OTRS. Can any one help me..

What kind of database, what parameter do you want to increase?

If it is MySQL did you have a look at the documentation on mysql.com?

i am using mysql. i want to increase the size of the database, because while opening the customer panel, it takes time to load. Can you send the link..

perhaps you need to increase the meomory of you server....
