Re: Dashboard
Hi,
what do you mean by "extra queues" in the dashboard?
If you would like to increase the number of ticket shown per each section (Reminder, Escaled, New, Open...) the solution is pretty easy ... just click on the "little pencil" icon on the upper right corner of each section (it appears just hovering over it with your mouse) and select a different amount of ticket in the "shown tickets" dropdown menu.

They need to be in your My Queues in order to appear in your view of the dashboard.

dashboard is intended more or less to have all the tickets you could manage under control at a glance.
To check the tickets "per queue", as you wish, you should go for TICKETS > Queue view where all tickets for the queues you selected in "My Queues" in the preferences are shown (again... mind ... you have to explicitly highlight in that preferences menu each specific queue you want to see in TICKET > Queue view).
