Dear all,
I would like to display status view on various monitors across our facilities. In order to achieve this I created a new user which has read only to the queues I want to display. The only problem encountered so far is OTRS time out session, after 24hrs the system logs out the user. So every morning I have to log in into each monitor (8 in total) and re-login into the system in order to display status view again.
Is there a way to allow a particular user to have an unlimited session (without the system kicking him out every 24hrs)? As usual I thank you in advance for the time taken to review my problem and for any assistance given.
Best regards,
mdemicoli

Hi,
there is no built in option for this.
Perhaps Firefox with installed Greasmonkey could be helpful (http://www.greasespot.net/)
There are already some scripts for otrs available.
