a question

I made ​​the change of letters at the option of state, eg: new to new, open to open, etc.

I have seen that in the manual indicate that when making a change of words or another state agerga more, you have to make some changes or add the file config.pm and the database if it is a new state.

but not how to make the change in config.pm to indicate that I changed the words he was in English to Spanish for the system to recognize them, as indicated in the manual, I think that's my problem that when you create a new ticket does not show a message in the box so incoming event warning.

if someone can tell me what kind of adjustment made ​​in the config.pm or procedures followed to make everything work well, because the manual does not specify how such adjustments should be made

The new created or renamed ticket state should keep in English. Then you should add translated items for those states in xx_Custom.pm file, its not relevant with Config.pm.
