Is there any way to remove the 'Close' from the navigation bar i ticketzoom page...i checked in html but i can't able to find the 'close' option.

Do not use the .dtl templates therefor!
Use your SysConfig and go to
Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
and edit
Frontend::Module###AgentTicketClose
to your needs.

E.g. give it a group like admin or whatever you want, which a 'normal' agent does not have.
