Escalation tickets time wrong

hi,

I am newby with OTRS just recently installed.

I've two problems,
First in view for excalated tickets on dashboars, time slot is very strange, there is time 369736h 26m
Why such huge time is showing?

Second thing,
I've problem with my queue, I've created 3 queues ICT, ISP, Junk.
I've selected ICT queue as my queue, when accessing queue view, I see double time ICT queue, I should see my queues() and ICT() queue, right?

Why I see ICT queue double? also all other agents see it like this...

Did you have custom ACL. If you have, please remove it and make re-validation.
