Is there upper limit in "users - groups" setting?

I would like to ask the "users - groups" setting with an upper limit?
When deployed in-house, I found that if a user's group more than a certain number (about 260 groups), when log in where will be prompted "The SessionID invalid! Need the user data!"
Is there any Solution?
