I'm trying to configure OTRS as far as possible without altering code (so using the admin screen and the sysconfig settings) so that we can hand it over to the superusers and they can look after it without the need for developers to get involved with upkeep.

At the moment I need to put in some customisation on the Dashboard screen:

Grouping the tickets differently -

by ticket priority,
by ticket type
to show next task due (I've configured this elsewhere OK)

Then I need to alter the links along the top of each list - so rather than 'my locked tickets' etc it says the queue names, and then users can click to refine the list to show tickets by priority>in queue.

SO, I've found on here that these settings can be altered by editing the AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl file, but as far as I can tell this seems to be just about the only config file that you can't edit in the sysconfig area?

Is this correct? Do I need to put this on the list of items that can't be customised via the front end?
