Hello Everyone,

I'm facing a strange issue... I think I could use some help :)

I installed the new version of OTRS (3.1) to use the new functionality which permit to fetch mails from a particular IMAP folder. I configure my regular mail address for OTRS, all is working fine -> All mail from inbox fetched. I configure then OTRS to fetch mails from a particular folder -> OTRS displays "finished" but no mail fetched (neither on inbox nor on the specified folder)... (it is a company mail : outlook, exchange, etc)

I made the same procedure with a gmail account and all is working fine...

I'm a bit confused here... Do you have any clues?

Sorry about it : id-10t error...

Just needed to specify INBOX/NAME_OF_THE_FOLDER....
OTRS 3.1.1, Apache, Oracle running on Windows 2003 SP2 connected to an Active Directory for Agents.

Hi All,

Can anybody help me to solve the same problem mentioned above.

When I go to the Mail Account Management and force fetching mail I get the finished message, but the mails are not fetched and tickets are not created. Recently moved to Windows 2012 and exchange server 2016. Is it any problem in OTRS for any changes has to be done in exchange server side. I am using IMAP to fetch the mails.
