Customer user can't be added!

Hi,
I'm new to OTRS Helpdesk.
I was trying to create a new customer from customer login panel but ended up with a message "Customer user can't be added!". Could anybody please hlep to sort this issue.

Do you have a customer backend configured in your config?

i am able to create an account with other email address like gmail, however not with our company email .

Please `grep` your config files for your mail domain name (company.com) and see if you have entered it to some exceptions or whatever.
Do you get any error messages or log entries?

i have not done any changes to my config file, infact during my first installation I was able to create customers without any issues. however had to unistall that for some reasons.

now after installing again i'm getting these kind of issues.
