Hi @ all,
I want to use the auto-reply from system mail like no-reply@domain.com but I want to use another mail when an agents send reply to customers.
How can do this?
I have searched in documentation without success...

Agents use the reply address that is defined at the queue settings.
Auto-Replies use the address that is specified in SysConfig.
