Extend AgentTicketZoom for Master/Slave

Hi all,

i'd like to have a new button/link in AgentTicketZoom. This button/link should do the following:

• - Set the actual ticket as Master
  - Switch to AgentTicketPhone (create a new phone ticket) which is preconfigured to be Slave of the actual ticket

I know that this is not possible with the default Master/Slave packet and must be developed, but maybe someone else has already done this? I'm happy to get some feedback, hints, tipps or any other kind of help.
