I am new to OTRS, I want to know the script which is used to link queue to services.

Any help is much appreciated.

Does not work. You only can link users to services.

All packages from the OPAR site are meant to be installed via the package manager built into OTRS. You can read about this in the OTRS manual:

(Maybe you have to choose another manual depending on your OTRS version.)
