Help on creating new ticket states

Hi,
I followed the instructions to create a new ticket state. It can be displayed by a query to the DB, but when I'm trying to add/modify a ticket state it's not dispalyed in the "* State type:" drop-down list.
Where do I have to configure to make it "visible"?

Hi!
Where do you want to do it visible - what Action? Create new ticket? Add Note...?
Try to configure it in SysConfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew for new Phone Ticket - Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###StateType
The same way configure visibility of state types in other screens
