Custom Ordner

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade den Custom Ordner zu nutzen.
Das hier:
Example:
You need to modify Kernel/System/Service.pm to add an customization, copy
Kernel/System/Service.pm to Custom/Kernel/System/Service.pm and modify it.
This module will get used.

hab ich auch gemacht, aber es funktioniert nicht.

Wir haben hier mehrere Firmen und jede hat ihren eigenen vhost. Also haben wir ein paar dtl Dateien angepasst mit Firmenname usw.

Die ligen jetzt unter:

/opt/otrs/Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML/Firma1
/opt/otrs/Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML/Firma2
/opt/otrs/Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML/Firma3 usw.

Wenn ich jetzt über den vhost ins Kundeninterface will bekomme ich diesen Fehler:
Software error:

No existing template directory found ('/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Firma1')! Check your Home in Kernel/Config.pm at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm line 1096.

Was hab ich falsch gemacht?

laut Changelog im CVS ist sowas in 3.2.0 geplant (aber das ist dir ja sicher bekannt )

- 2012-05-24 Added feature IdeaScale#925 - possibility to place customized DTL files in Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML, so that they override the system's default DTL files just like it already works for Perl files.
