I have gotten it all setup to open/close tickets.
However i want tickets to link with the CI's ....
i have
SystemMonitoring::SetIncidentState --> yes
SystemMonitoring::LinkTicketWithCI --> yes
However i get this when i get a new incident
Message: Could not find any CI with the name 'vpmwnyc01 '.
I have defined the CI Like
Name: vpmwnyc01
Deployment State: Production
Incident State: Incident
Vendor: VMWARE
Model: VMWARE
Description:
Type:
Owner:
Serial Number:
Operating System:
CPU:
Ram:
Hard Disk:
Capacity:
FQDN:
Network Adapter: VMWARE
IP over DHCP: No
IP Address: 192.x.x.x
Graphic Adapter:
Warranty Expiration Date: 08/03/2012
I'm sure i am Missing something easy ....

OK was testing this further and it just started to work! Very odd, can only think that the config had not been properly updated before...
