NEW FIELD (a list)

I use OTRS version 2.3.4.
I would like to create a new field (preferably in a list).
I wish I could search by filtering by client applications in the field.

For example, the field - the type of application.
It should be able to take the values: Error, extension, pricing, etc.

How does it accomplish?

it is called free field in your version. it can be maintained via sysconfig.

Alos your version is not maintained any more. Actual version of OTRS is 3.1.
