Hello everyone
I am new to OTRS and I am running 3.1.3 on a Windows server.
I have gradually got most things running, but the tickets in 'My Queues' are not showing as such. in the Queue view 'My Queues' shows the number of tickets in my queue, and on the Dashboard, 'Tickets In My Queues' shows as Zero. My agent account is configured with full RW access to the queues in question, and I have selected (and re-selected) the queues in my profile.
If I select the queue by name, or the all 'All Tickets' option I can see and edit the tickets.
Can anyone offer any pointers as to where I should look, or any known causes. I have had a look through the forum, but I think my newness to the system is stopping me phrasing my searches effectivley

Make sure the tickets are not locked by another user.
