Hello,
after upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.1.3 this AgentTicketLockedView logic changed.
Then the ticket was answered with Forward link where was a next status "Closed successful" for this ticket, next ticket status was changed to Closed successful, but it still locked.
In this case, then ticket Locked and Closed successful, the the agent is still showing up ticket in the header (active problem count, next to the locked ticket icon) and accessible by linking xxxxx/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketLockedView
If next action to Closed this ticked, it's gone from AgentTicketLockedView
Should i register a bug?
