Hi,
I've just installed OTRS 3.1.3 and ITSM 3.1.2 from the RPM for CentOS 6.2 and have a small problem: I don't have any icons at the top of my page.
I noticed that as I was going through the 'first steps' section of the manual. I looked at the HTML that was served and I don't see any img elements and there are no errors in my httpd logs. Any ideas on why the icons wouldn't be displayed?
Thanks,
Ian

Hi,
I'd guess that this is because you haven't started working with tickets yet (eg the icons won't display unless the number of tickets you have watched, locked etc is greater than zero).
If the number is zero the icons simply do not display.

Yes, I believe you're correct. I started adding test tickets and going through the motions of processing them and I did see the toolbar icon for 'number of locked tickets'.CSL wrote:I'd guess that this is because you haven't started working with tickets yet (eg the icons won't display unless the number of tickets you have watched, locked etc is greater than zero).

Thanks!
