Some questions about articles, notes, and states

Hi i have a few questions (since it seems I could not find the howtos):
1) Is it possible to add new type of notes, other than "Internal" and "External" Notes, and color them?
2) Is it possible to color the states? (Closed, Open, etc...)

Hi.
I wish to color the states (example: the closed ticket will be green, not the article but the ticket).
Where can I find an example?

Then, I wish to change automatically the subject of the article. Example: I change the article of a note to a type : "Updated", and I wish to see the subject of the note changing itself to :"Update".
I've tried with a trigger, but OTRS doesn't like it (it says cannot find ArticleID).
