Hey there!
I have a problem with the automatic generated pendingreminder mail. When a ticket is marked with "pending reminder" i get a mail every mornig. That´s works great.
But when i work on the ticket and close it, i get the pending reminder mail anymore every morning, while the status of the ticket is closed.
The problem isn´t with every ticket, but with a few ones. And in the history of the ticket are just a few entries with "sending pending remider to ..." but not almost all of the mails.
How i tried to solve the problem:
1. ) Open the ticket again, set new pendig reminder and close it a second time. -> every morning a pendig reminder mail!
2. ) Allocate the ticket to another user. -> every morning a pendig reminder mail!
3. ) Check the administration settings of the system -> nothing relevant found!
4. ) Pray and trust in God -> every morning a pendig reminder mail!
Have anyone an idea for a solution of this problem? I´m much obliged for any references and solution suggestion.
